Pasta and Pizza – No Wonder the Pope is Here

Our three course dinner will be the making of me or ruin depending upon how one views it. Delicious pasta followed by sliced beef and broccoli and cheese is like going to heaven. And then the next day pizza: sausage and mushroom pizza, and prosciutto and creme cheese pizza with a gelato ice cream afterward, and it is Christmas all over again.

For me the food is the real draw besides the little book store next to the Pantheon which sells leather bound journals and Italian leather goods like shoes or purses. It is all wonderful. Rome. City filled with intriguing little shops that put puchases into blue draw string bags with Manufactus printed on the front.
